These days, it’s no exaggeration to say that there are only two seasons: winter and summer, isn’t it? I had been using a thick winter blanket until around mid-April, and just as I was slowly taking out a thin early summer blanket, a sudden, unseasonal cold wave warning was issued this week. (Even though I experienced it firsthand, is my memory a bit off? It’s such an unbelievable, absurd story.) I was really conflicted about whether or not to put away the winter blanket. While I was wandering through this time of confusion, I came across the "Bazaar After Midnight High-Density Pure Cotton Four-Season Quilted Duvet Set." The duvet felt much heavier than I expected. However, since it is made of premium 40-count high-density pure cotton that makes a crisp, rustling sound, it feels cool against the skin. Also, the heavy cotton filling isn't tightly packed; instead, it is fluffy like a soufflé, allowing the breeze to blow right through, so it wasn't hot at all when I was covered. On the first night, I had a restless night because I wasn't quite used to the rustling sound of the duvet, but now, listening to it is like white noise; I just drift off to sleep. The toned-down green color with very thin red lines creates a sophisticated yet harmonious look. I mixed and matched it with the light green striped pillowcase I have at home, and I loved how well they complemented each other. Since there are various colors available, I think you can create a stylish bedroom decor by purchasing additional pillowcases and layering them! I really love this duvet because it seems like something I will use all year round—whether in a warm winter bedroom with heating or a cool summer bedroom with air conditioning!! The kids seem to like the soft and cool feel of the duvet, as they keep coming over to lie down and then leave~ haha.
