Since it is a domestically produced product, the finish is clean, and there was almost no unpleasant odor when I first used it, making it great to use right away. I like the sky blue color I am currently using; it is bright and refreshing. It acts as a neat accent in the kitchen, so it looks good from an interior design perspective as well. Overall, it is a product that satisfies hygiene, convenience, and design, so I felt it is a cutting board that is easy to use even for single-person households.
