Rather than a fancy dish, I wanted to savor the taste just as it is, so I used fresh vegetables from the refrigerator, a handful of broccoli freshly harvested from the garden 🥦, and, of course, a fried egg 🍳. Since the weather is so nice, I’m opening my home cafe 🤗 Thanks to the clean flavor that comes through without being overpowering, La Chinata Olive Oil brings out the distinct taste of each ingredient, and the pickled olives, with their salty yet deep flavor, become the perfect accent on a simple plate.
