If it weren't for Today's House, would I be living in this house? I sometimes think about that. I wonder if, without Today's House, I might never have renovated my home myself, nor started my newlywed life in a country house. Since I was young, I’ve loved decorating my own space—decorating my room, my desk, and even the dorm room I was about to move out of—but I mean, self-remodeling a house...? I really wonder what I would say if someone told me, who posted my first online housewarming on Today's House in the fall of 2019, "In five years, a country house will be your newlywed home, but you’ll be fixing it up with your own hands for a year." Hahaha. I started almost 80 percent of it because I didn't know any better. (Ignorance is bliss, after all.) Looking back now, it was perhaps a very reckless self-remodeling project. But knowing that there are people who take my beloved space and stories of my daily life as inspiration and courage just gave me strength! There are people who take the time to tell me, whether through comments or DMs, things like, "I really want to cultivate a daily life like this," "Someday, I definitely want to have my own space like this," or "The conversations we share are healing." I would never have known that I could meet such people, or that my space and daily life, filled with the things I love, could become an idea for someone else, or even a dream, if I hadn't published my first Today's House online housewarming in 2019. I didn't really know why I was doing it, but I just did it to record my home. If I continue without stopping now, will something joyful I never imagined happen again in five years? From my bedroom at my parents' house to this home I renovated with my own hands. I don't know exactly where this journey will lead me yet, but Today's House makes me trophies and business cards so that I can keep recording without stopping. I take this as encouragement and support, and I plan to record and share diligently! This time, they even made and sent me a business card holder so I could show off my card even more proudly. Last season, I handed out business cards to two people who hold significant meaning for me...! This time, I look forward to exchanging them with even more people. #TodaysHouse #스페셜크리에이터 #오늘의집크리에이터
