I was a bit disappointed at first, too, but as I kept looking at it, I realized, ‘I can’t really change what’s outside.’ So, I changed my approach. Instead of looking outside, I decided to create ‘my own unique view’ from inside the house. I found that even with changes smaller than I expected, a sufficiently satisfying landscape could be created from within the home.
