Buckwheat noodles with Korean aster prepared with seasonal ingredients The trendy butter rice cakes these days! It was my first time trying Korean aster, and the aroma was better than I expected. I grilled some beef brisket and added it to the buckwheat noodles, and it was delicious. The butter rice cakes were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside! Dujjonkku enjoyed them too, but got tired of them quickly, so I think the butter rice cakes suit my style better! However, they get soggy after just a little while, so I ate them right away on the day I bought them lol. I bought a plate and chopstick rest set to match the food, and the cat is so cute.
