At first, I considered just hanging pretty chiffon curtains, but after actually living in the room, I realized that sunlight control and privacy were also important. So, I chose double curtains that combine sheer curtains and blackout curtains. During the day, I keep only the thin sheer curtains drawn, and the sunlight filters in softly, making the living room atmosphere look much softer. Especially in a white-toned living room, curtains that look too heavy can feel stifling, but since the sheer curtains drape lightly, it has the effect of making the space look wider and cleaner.
