
The space in my kitchen that I use the most these days is this pantry. At first, it was just a storage cabinet for putting various things in, but as I used it and gradually established my own standards, it became much more convenient than I expected. I focused on just one thing: organizing things so they are “easy to take out and visible at a glance.” I keep frequently used ingredients and tools within immediate reach, and separate items used less often into the upper or lower sections. This has made my workflow much simpler when cooking. Rather than maintaining a perfectly organized state, I tend to tidy things up as I use them, but even just doing this much has significantly changed the feel of using the kitchen, so I am satisfied.
