Today, while watching an old Japanese drama called *Shitsuren Chocolatier*, I suddenly became very curious about handmade chocolate, so I went on a short outing to Ikseondong 🍫 I stopped by a dessert cafe called Nellisson. The handmade chocolate was really impressive, and the chocolate-coated marshmallow cake (Mello Cake) was also delicious. I was reminded of the scene in the drama where Ishihara Satomi ate chocolate with such relish, and the handmade chocolate I tasted in person was truly soft, just like that line, and had a certain "gentle taste."
