For the living room, I chose curtains made of polyester (Italian blend) fabric that are thick enough to let in some light without infringing on privacy from the outside. I really like these curtains because the light filtering through the gaps in the fabric creates different atmospheres, allowing me to experience the living room differently during the day and night. For the powder room in the master bedroom, since the bathroom is on the smaller side in this older apartment, I moved the sink outside and installed curtains made of a polyester viscose blend (Turkish) fabric to separate it from the bedroom. When the lights are on, the interior is subtly visible, so the sink doesn't look unsightly! I am very satisfied with them.
