Companies that try to induce you to pay into a personal account instead of the representative's name Never believe them when they say, "Please deposit into a different account due to tax issues." If the account is not in the business name, there is no way to take legal action if a problem arises. 3. Companies that pressure you by saying you must follow the trends Be wary of companies that create anxiety or subtly pressure you by saying things like, "Everyone does it this way these days; if you don't, house prices will drop." Your home should simply be built according to your own taste. 🙅‍♀️ +Make sure to check this! Make sure to keep the paper contract, which even specifies the warranty period, safe.
