I've been eating eggs every day lately to try and reap the benefits of natural Wigobi. Boiling eggs is actually a bit of a hassle, you know. But I found enlightenment after discovering this recipe 🥹 It's a method for boiling eggs taught by actor Ahn Hyo-seop on Chef Ahn Sung-jae's YouTube channel, and it's seriously amazing. Save this and make sure to try it out! 1️⃣ Pour the eggs and water into a pot. (In my experience, if there isn't enough water, they burn. There needs to be at least 1cm of water at the bottom of the pot.) 2️⃣ Cover with a lid and boil over high heat for 6 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it rest for 3 minutes. 3️⃣ Cool them down with cold water, then peel the shells and they're done! Ah! As for natural Wigobi, just so you know, my appetite has gone wild. But I'm still eating them every day lol 🙄 #BoilingEggs #계란 #달걀 #부엌 #주방
