I would like to introduce the living room of our home, where we maximized space utilization by choosing a non-extended veranda instead of an extension in our older apartment. 1. Spatial Composition: Utilizing the Advantages of a Non-Extended Space Considering the long structure characteristic of older apartments, we separated the veranda space without extending it. Thanks to this, the living room serves as a complete space for relaxation and work, while the veranda is utilized independently like a home café. 2. Concept: White & Wood We established a white base for the overall look to create a clean feel, and selected wood-toned furniture to add a warm mood. In particular, the oval table featuring Temba board details serves as a focal point that anchors the living room. 3. Furniture Arrangement: Sense of Openness Through Minimization Given the structure could easily appear cramped, we focused on minimizing furniture placement. Instead of bulky furniture, we arranged low, curved pieces to create the effect of making the space visually appear much wider. Even in older apartments, it is possible to create a sufficiently stylish atmosphere without an extension if you effectively utilize their structural characteristics. Just by reducing the amount of furniture and matching the tones, the atmosphere of the space can change dramatically 🤍 #LivingRoomInterior #구축아파트리모델링 #구축아파트인테리어 #ftc23기 #화이트우드인테리어
