(Please remove the blood from the beef to your liking~ I soaked mine in cold water for 5 minutes, then drained it before using.) 2️⃣ Sauté the minced garlic, green onions, and garlic scapes in the same frying pan. 3️⃣ Once the garlic turns brown, add the sautéed beef and seasoning and stir-fry. 4️⃣ Stir-fry until the moisture evaporates, and it's done~! ✨ Perhaps because of the oyster sauce, it really gave off a distinct Chinese vibe!
