I was able to find a variety of local foods at the Local Choice special exhibition, and since I could receive the abalone fresh at home, I made and enjoyed a delicious basil abalone pasta ☺️ I grilled the cleaned abalone in butter, sautéed it with olive oil, garlic, and sliced abalone, ground pepper and salt, and finished it off with al dente spaghetti noodles + homemade basil pesto, and chicken stock.
