You know those days when, after a hectic day, you come home and the moment you take a spoonful of warm soup, your heart feels inexplicably at ease? 🍲 This squid and radish soup gave me exactly that feeling. The harmony was just perfect: the spicy yet deep flavor of the broth, the sweetness of the tenderly cooked radish, and the chewy squid.
