#CornSoupRecordBook #MyHomeToday My pelvis is unbalanced, so I have a terrible body where there isn't a single spot that doesn't ache after sitting for a long time 😢 When it comes to chairs, design is important, but I think I've already replaced quite a few just to find ones that fit my body. The chair I recently switched to is the Hermen X3 AIR, made by a chair specialist brand with 30 years of experience, and it turns out it's the #1 brand for chairs on Naver ✨️ When looking through reviews, I first checked two things: Whether it has a sturdy mesh backrest that firmly supports the lower back, or whether it has a firm seat cushion that, while initially soft and comfortable, prevents the pelvic imbalance from worsening with prolonged use. I considered these two things first. It uses a suspension mesh material that is breathable but firmly supports both the lower back and pelvis. Since it has strong durability even with long-term use and evenly distributes body pressure, I guess that's why I didn't feel any strain even when sitting for long periods. On top of that, the height-adjustable lumbar support fits my body position and supports the center of my lower back. It also played a big part in helping to prevent my pelvis from sliding backward!! Also, if I felt the posture was a bit uncomfortable, I could adjust it by pulling the seat forward or changing the position of the armrests. Since this dispersed the center of gravity, I think it was less uncomfortable. Sometimes I would lean back on the headrest, recline the backrest, and relax comfortably while listening to music.... Even with the headrest, the overall design is minimal, so it blends harmoniously well with other furniture. It is a premium product in many ways, but it was competitive in terms of price 🤗 This was a review I posted after using the X3 AIR chair for a week. Have a relaxing rest of the weekend 🫶🏻 @ermon.official #ErmonChair #X3AIR #DeskChairRecommendation #ComputerChair
