Today, to celebrate Parents' Day, I invited my mom and older brother over for dinner at home 😊🌷 The main course was tender, slow-cooked pork kimchi stew! With bubbling soybean paste stew, rolled omelets, grilled yellow croaker, seasoned acorn jelly, and even zucchini pancakes, the table was full and made me feel so satisfied and full 🥹💛 For the rice today, I made pot rice with wild greens, shiitake mushrooms, and salted konbu. I've been totally hooked on salted konbu lately, so I keep adding it haha.
