Tonight's dinner is spicy dumpling and beef brisket hot pot 🍲🌶️ I filled the spicy broth with plenty of beef brisket and added some chewy dumplings, letting it simmer until bubbling. As the kimchi, mushrooms, and Cheongyang peppers cooked thoroughly, the broth became incredibly deep and rich, and the moment I took a spoonful, I felt like my body was melting away 🥹 On days like this, I feel happier having a pot of hot pot cooked slowly at home than eating out.
