Thanks to the Epeios Fine & Flow Lite temperature-controlled hand-drip electric kettle, I can tell you that I succeeded in brewing drip coffee for the second time! I used to think, "What's so important about a kettle?", but with the gooseneck nozzle design allowing for consistent water flow, and the LED display enabling delicate temperature control from 38°C to 100°C in 1-degree increments, it was perfect for brewing high-quality drip coffee, even for a beginner. I love the luxurious design with a single drop of cream in a matte ivory white finish, and I also like that the handle is designed to be comfortable for the wrist, so it doesn't wobble even when filled to the brim with water.
