I can't believe I can buy such fresh ingredients without even leaving home 🤗 I bought some abalone, and it’s truly the first time I’ve seen abalone this fresh and plentiful for around 20,000 won. Highly recommended 👍 🥘 Abalone Pot Rice Recipe ✔️ Wash the rice, soak it for about 30 minutes, and drain the water. ✔️ Gently sauté the cleaned abalone innards in butter, then add the washed rice, add a spoonful of soy sauce (tsuyu), and sauté together. ✔️ Add the same amount of water as the rice and cook (add one broth ring). ✔️ While it boils, grill the abalone in butter and finely chop the green onions. ✔️ Once the rice is done, add the green onions and abalone and let it steam. ✔️ Truly delicious abalone pot rice is complete 😉 I'll put the link in my story. #LocalChoice #TodaysHouse #TodaysHouseSale
