(I'll list the cookbook information at the bottom 📖) The recipe is really simple, but it's a wonderful dish perfect for a party, so please save it and give it a try! 👩🍳 🛒 Ingredients • Main: Yellow bell pepper • Vegetables: Zucchini, eggplant, onion, cherry tomatoes • Seasoning: Breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, whole grain mustard, white wine vinegar, salt, pepper 🍳 Cooking Instructions 1. Preparing the bell pepper Cut the yellow bell pepper in half and remove the seeds. 2. Chopping the vegetables Dice all the remaining vegetables into 1cm cubes. 3. Toasting the breadcrumbs Lightly toast the breadcrumbs in a dry pan without oil. 4. Roasting the Paprika Lightly drizzle olive oil over a pan over medium heat and roast the yellow paprika prepared earlier until golden brown. 5.
