I picked up some substantial, large seasonal sweet potatoes. 🍠🍠 They are really big and delicious. They taste great on their own, but sweet potato cheese is the perfect side dish for steak ~ I even enjoyed them heartily with Aussie Cheese Fries ~~ I am storing them on the veranda, spread out to dry.
