#OhHomeStaurant A gathering with people I love. Since it was a get-together of couples who share the same interests, there was so much to talk about and so much to relate to, a past record where simply being together was enjoyable. It was a meal with my husband's colleagues. For the previous team gathering, I had prepared Western food, but as we talked, the food got cold, lost its flavor, and we couldn't eat our fill. I decided to go with Korean food, even if it meant serving just one main dish. I seasoned the beef brisket I make best with radish salad, prepared the Bossam with salted cabbage, and prepared two types of Heo's signature salads, which we polished off completely. Actually, the menu doesn't really matter.
