Salt Ciabatta 🧈 I kept thinking I should try making this, and I finally made the salt ciabatta....! The bottom was crispy and buttery, while the inside was chewy and fluffy—it was so delicious!! (Maybe it tasted even better because I used the sourdough starter I had been diligently feeding 🤓) Bread tastes best when it's hot, you know 🥹💛 I blew on my hands to warm them up and devoured one in no time! Sharing bite after bite with my family, we finished it all within minutes of baking 👀✨️ It's a rainy day!
