My biggest dilemma as my husband gets off work is always, "What should we eat today?" Since my husband's favorite dish is Budae Jjigae, I tried making Namhae Garlic Budae Jjigae! 🙋🏻♀️ It was really convenient because it's a meal kit that you can keep frozen and just take out to add water!! At first, it looked like a small portion since it's a concentrated product, but once I actually cooked it, there was a generous amount of ham and sausage, and the broth was rich, so it was enough for two people. I added ramen noodles to mine, and I was satisfied because it felt just like the Budae Jjigae you buy at restaurants haha. The broth felt a bit deeper and cleaner than regular Budae Jjigae, and perhaps because of the Namhae garlic, it had a subtle umami flavor. It wasn't too spicy but had a kick to it, making it a taste that makes you want to keep spooning it up! There were several types of ham included, which added to the fun of eating, and since I ate it with rice, it was a hearty meal. Above all, I liked that the cooking process was simple 🥹 Since it's ready in just one pot, it seems like the perfect dish to enjoy warmly at home on days when you don't feel like cooking or on rainy days. I also liked that it doesn't take up much space in the freezer, making it great for stocking up :) I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a meal kit that is simple yet tastes good! #NamhaeGarlicBudaeJjigae #BudaeJjigaeMealKit #TodaysHome #OgamReview #HomeCookingRecommendation #ConvenientFood #FrozenMealKit #SoupDish #HomeCookingMenu This is a review based on my personal experience and styling, having received the product through the #OgamReview program.
