#오홈스토랑 When I came home from work, I found a warm meal prepared by my husband 🤍 Today's main dish is braised mackerel made with plump, fresh domestic mackerel bought from the market in front of our house. With its spicy and savory seasoning, a bowl of rice disappeared in no time. The rice bowl and side dishes, featuring attractive clean colors and simple shapes, are both works by artist Song Ji-ho. The main plate holding the mackerel is Denby. The cutlery is from Fissler. Since we live without an electric rice cooker, we cooked rice in a pressure cooker again today. For the sake of health, we are eating mixed grain rice with almost no white rice added.
