I purchased Korean pork neck from Today's House this time. I prefer lean and savory flavors, so I chose the Jeju-style pork neck. The price is good, and the meat is incredibly fresh 🍖 I like grilling it in an air fryer because the fat drains out nicely and there is less of a smell. This one doesn't have any pork smell at all and is really lean.
