I invited a coworker over today and we had dinner together at my house 🩶 I had a spicy dumpling hot pot bubbling away, and even prepared the kalguksu noodles 🍲 The broth was so refreshing that everyone kept scooping it up haha And next to it were crispy cheese potato pancakes They were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making for the best combination with the hot pot..!
