When I first received the product, I wondered if it was too small, but I later found out that since it is a concentrate type, you need to add 300ml of water to boil it properly to finish it.👍🏻 I didn't have a measuring cup at home, so I poured in a mugful by eye and boiled it, resulting in a hearty Budae Jjigae. In a word, the taste is deep and rich. You can feel the heavy flavor of a broth that has been simmered for a long time, and above all, the unique pungent yet sweet aroma of Namhae garlic holds the entire broth together. It wasn't the artificial taste often found in commercial Budae Jjigae meal kits, but a flavor made with care, as if it had been simmered at home for a long time. I was also a bit surprised by how many ingredients were included, more than I expected.🫢 Most importantly, cooking is incredibly easy; you just put the concentrate and 300ml of water into a pot and boil it, and that's it. I'm usually so hungry when I get home from work, so being able to cook and eat it quickly is the biggest advantage.🫶 I think it would be great to add ramen noodles, tofu, or ham to eat with it. As a student living alone, it is really difficult to cook soup dishes at home. However, since this is a concentrate, the storage capacity is small, so it is not a burden to put several in the freezer. I highly recommend it to single-person households like mine! 👍🏻 #NamhaeVillageBudaejjigae #CookingForSingles #HomeCooking #MealKit #Budaejjigae This is a review based on my personal experience and styling, having received the product through the #OgamReview program.
