When I first started decorating, I brought in a lot of maple-toned furniture because I liked the bright vibe. However, as time went on, I realized that I actually prefer the slightly calmer and heavier walnut tones. Since then, rather than replacing all the large furniture at once, I’ve been trying to match the bedroom atmosphere by gradually changing things, starting with fabrics and color tones. 🤎 Lately, I enjoy the time I spend relaxing at the end of the day with just the soft bedroom lighting on, so I naturally found myself wanting to create a space with a more comfortable atmosphere :) ✦ Three Bedroom Interior Decorating Methods I Use Frequently ⤻ Organize Bedding Starting with the Largest Area : Since bedding takes up the largest portion of the bedroom space, it significantly influences the overall atmosphere. Organizing the base with bright and clean Hello Sleep bedding makes the space look much more organized. ⤻ Adding Warm Accents with Fabric : Since having only white bedding can look a bit plain, I tried adding a brown accent with the Ongive Tassel Knit Blanket. Just adding this blanket made the bedroom atmosphere feel much cozier. ⤻ Utilizing Existing Furniture to Match the Vibe : Instead of replacing the maple-colored Bund Bistro solid wood chest of drawers, I used adhesive film to transform it to match a walnut tone.
