Enjoy a hearty and delicious meal with the superfood tomato! Since it is tomato season these days, I find myself craving tomato dishes whether the weather is hot or cold. I highly recommend this because you can whip up a hearty meal just by quickly putting the baby to sleep and stir-frying the ingredients! 🍅Tomato Gratin🍅 1. Drizzle with olive oil and sauté minced garlic and minced onion. 2. Add 100g of ground beef and a little salt and pepper. 3. Add tomatoes, eggplant, and broccoli and bring to a boil. 4. Add the sauce and simmer gently. (Sauce: 1/2 soy sauce, 2 Worcestershire sauce, 1 oyster sauce, 0.5 lemon juice) 5. Sprinkle with basil or parsley, cover with a lid, and melt the cheese. 6.
