
Did you all know that spring watermelons are tastier? Midsummer watermelons ripen too quickly due to the scorching temperatures, so the texture isn't very good. That's why, at some point, I started eating more watermelon in the spring than in the summer! So, this spring, I've already prepared and stored my third watermelon! As soon as I buy it, I cut half into bite-sized pieces and put them in a container to eat, and I cut the other half into large chunks for storage. It makes it convenient for the kids to grab and eat on their own after school. Starting today, the daytime temperature is exceeding 27 degrees. Tomorrow is going to be a whopping 30 degrees!!!!
