Steamed Pork Belly with Napa Cabbage Wash the Napa cabbage, slice it into bite-sized pieces, and spread it on the steamer rack. Place the pork belly on top. Drizzle with mirin, add a little salt, and grind in some pepper. Steam over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, then dip in the sauce and enjoy! 😆 - Sauce Ingredients: Cheongyang chili pepper, 2 tablespoons pure tuna extract, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon sugar, a pinch of lemon juice. 2. Grilled Cucumber and Salted Pollock Roe Wrap the salted pollock roe in parchment paper and cook in an air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
