A home brunch enjoyed with the Same D Petit Des Jeunes set 🤍 I made low-sugar Earl Grey jam using Dickie Paine black tea bags. I failed to get the consistency right, so it turned out a bit thick, but when spread on bread, the Earl Grey scent is so fragrant and wonderful. The cute "Petit Des Jeunes Glass Jar" is also perfect as a jam pot! ◽️Making Low-Sugar Earl Grey Jam I added 200ml heavy cream, 400ml milk, 50g allulose, and 10g stevia. I put in 2 Earl Grey tea bags, and once it started boiling, I removed one tea bag and added the loose tea leaves inside.
