Weekend Brunch. It was a trip to the Marche with lots of delicious things, but how about me eating at home? lol I baked a panini with basil pesto, jambon, and plenty of cheese. I harvested butterhead, arugula, and red chard from the garden, so I topped it with apples, tomatoes, and Brie cheese, and added some delicious sliced raw chestnuts. The crunchy raw chestnuts that popped in between were so appealing, and freshly harvested vegetables are a sufficient reason to keep a garden. ^^ I also successfully transplanted the parsley and mint seedlings I bought yesterday.
