Let me introduce some of my absolute favorite items that have been working hard in my kitchen for years. First up is the induction cooktop, which I agonized over the most! I bought this SMEG induction cooktop based solely on its design, but I fell in love with it twice over because of its performance. The heating power is so strong that water boils in an instant; for a busy working couple like us, there is no better lifesaver. The sentimental vibe provided by the analog dial is an added bonus. The only downside is that it lacks a timer, but I overcome that with the aesthetics. ❤️
