This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. My child finished a whole bowl of rice with just a bowl of soup I hurriedly prepared. Whenever my 4th-grade daughter stops by home in the middle of her after-school classes, she always complains that she is hungry. It is a burden to cook fresh soup every time that happens, but thanks to the Shinsegae Food ‘Cheongdo Minari Squid and Radish Soup’ I had in the freezer, I was able to easily solve the problem of a meal today. • Slim Concentrated Pack: Storage in tight spaces Usually, frozen soup dishes are bulky and cumbersome to store, but since this is a slim concentrated pack, I really liked that it fits perfectly into the tight spaces of the freezer as a housewife. • Fast Cooking Time Since there is no need to thaw it—you just put it directly into a pot, add water, and boil it—the cooking time was less than 5 minutes. • Taste The most important thing is the taste, and unlike typical frozen soup, the broth is very clear and clean. Perhaps because it contains radish and squid, it has a refreshing taste that soothes the stomach, and the subtle aroma of water parsley that rises at the end is a stroke of genius. The addition of water parsley to a broth that could otherwise be bland gives it a much more refined feel. Although there is a slight hint of spiciness, it is at a level that is not at all overwhelming for an elementary school child to eat. In fact, it seems to whet the appetite; seeing my child mix rice into the soup and finish a whole bowl in no time made me feel inexplicably proud. In times like these, when it is difficult to prepare a perfect meal every time due to a busy daily life, this is an item that gives you peace of mind to stock a few packs in the freezer. It has a flavor that is not overly stimulating yet feels made with care, so I think I will reach for it often in the future.
