A dining area in a corner of the living room that I captured as a "savings shot" :) Although it has since been moved back to the kitchen dining table location, the atmosphere is unique when the table is placed near the living room window like this, so I periodically attempt a grand furniture rearrangement(?) It is so pretty to see the sunlight streaming through the curtains settling softly on the table, and it is also perfect for spending some quiet time here with a cup of coffee or a beer! I said goodbye to my old dining table and chose a rectangular one that seemed perfect for a family of five. The rounded corners give me peace of mind using it with the kids, and I absolutely love the sturdy chairs with decent cushioning :) I should get back to actively using Today's House Corn Soup, which I've neglected for a while.
