I want to become a #오홈스토랑 #플레이트장인 🤭 Trying out the #시오콘부 that's trending so much these days: pot rice & pasta with egg yolk sauce! My eldest really enjoyed the pot rice, and since I had chicken thigh meat, I made it using the ShioKonbu Karaage recipe and served it. The pasta was a bit of a disappointment; I added perilla leaves because I had them, but I think a mayonnaise and furikake combination like in Okonomiyaki would have suited it better. The wasabi combination was good though 👍 The egg yolk sauce is a flavor you absolutely must try!! That taste where the soft-boiled egg yolk turns into a delicious jelly! Insanely savory and umami flavor. Destroying the ShioKonbu.
