The journey to find the perfect coffee beans for my taste has begun! I make sure to drink at least one cup a day, and I'm filled with the desire to savor every moment.😉 I tend to prefer low acidity and a nutty flavor, and today's beans were just perfect! I started my day with Tooting Coffee's Today Fighting Blend. I could feel the charm of rich coffee, and the heavy body really recharged my energy.♥️ Since there were default Breville settings, I was able to extract it without any difficulty. The crema was rich and smooth, and with a balanced blend of dark chocolate-like bitterness and sweetness, it felt like a bean that would go really well with a latte.
