A culinary journey to local delights from the comfort of your home. The "Today's House Local Choice" special exhibition starts on May 11th. Actually, I'm not usually a fan of salads, but lately, I've been eating European salads like this. It's called Salad Pasta! I just put boiled pasta into the "Jeonbuk Same-Day Harvest European Salad" purchased from Today's House Local Choice, drizzle with Oriental dressing, and that's it. It was surprisingly delicious. It contains a variety of lettuce, including butterhead, frill ice, and romaine, so the texture is crunchy, and it was much easier to eat when paired with pasta. Perhaps because the vegetables are delivered directly from the farm immediately after harvest, I could definitely feel the freshness. I also felt more at ease knowing I could verify who grew them and where. With Today's House Local Choice, I can conveniently receive high-quality produce from the source right at home, so I find it very satisfying, especially when trying to maintain a healthy diet like I do these days.
