This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. You know how there are certain foods you crave in particular sometimes? For me, that was squid and radish soup. However, when I actually tried to make it at home, I found it surprisingly difficult to prepare the ingredients and get the broth right, so I didn't end up making it very often. The Shinsegae Food Master Collection [Cheongdo Minari Squid and Radish Soup] I tried this time was great because it allowed me to easily enjoy a meal without any of that hassle. At first, I wondered if the 250g size might be too small, but since it is a concentrate pack, a clean broth is created simply by adding 300ml of water and boiling it. The cooking process was also incredibly simple; all you have to do is put water in a pot and let it simmer. The broth felt refreshing yet clean, and the subtle aroma of Cheongdo minari spread throughout, making it feel fresher than regular squid and radish soup. It wasn't overly spicy or salty, so it was easy to eat without feeling heavy, and I found myself finishing a bowl in no time when paired with rice. The squid wasn't tough, and I thought it would be perfect to enjoy as a spicy hangover soup if you added a little red chili powder, minced garlic, or Cheongyang chili peppers according to your preference. I was satisfied because it is easy to prepare yet retains the hearty feeling characteristic of soup dishes. #CheongdoMinariSquidRadishSoup #오징어무국 #신세계푸드 #마스터컬렉션 #냉동제품 #국물요리 #해장국 #맞팔 #니코트 #니코트한식기 #우드쟁반 #청도미나리
