I recently had a health checkup... why are there so many kidney stones and lumps? My hormone levels came back really bad, so I went to get a re-examination💦 Is there anyone else who gets lumps like me found during a health checkup? I really don't know if it's just me or if it's serious!!!😭 I looked it up, and apparently the main causes are mostly eating habits and sleep. I've been eating tons of unhealthy, spicy, and stimulating food all the time, and ordering delivery food every single day... I guess all of that was just building up in my body. Thankfully, my husband told me I need to take care of my health these days, so I'm diligently learning to cook from my mother-in-law every week🥲 Of course, the nagging bombs are a bonus, though hehehe.
