With the weather getting hotter, boiling hot soup is becoming a hassle. Since my husband is a foreigner and doesn't eat much soup, I mostly eat it alone, so I don't often cook it. However, there are times when I crave it, so I keep meal kits on hand for a convenient solution and enjoy them from time to time. The Master Collection Cheongdo Minari Squid and Radish Soup I tried this time was even more satisfying than I expected. I am used to squid and radish soup, but since this was my first time trying a version with minari, I was curious about the taste. The aroma of Cheongdo minari spread subtly, and the broth felt much cleaner and more refreshing. The squid was plump and not tough, so the texture was great, and the broth was mild and not too spicy, making it easy to eat without feeling heavy. Although it is a meal kit, it is almost indistinguishable from a fully cooked meal, so preparation was incredibly convenient. You just put it directly into a pot frozen, add 300ml of water, and boil it—that's it! It was perfect for a quick meal after work or on lazy days. 👍🏻 Since it's a concentrated product, the packaging is slim, so it doesn't take up much space in the freezer, making it great for stocking up. You know how stuffy it feels when the freezer is full these days, haha. This is easy to store. I was usually disappointed because meal kits are often too salty or spicy, and it wasn't easy to find one that suited my taste. However, the broth in this product isn't spicy or salty at all; it feels just like home cooking. It was filling and satisfying when I mixed it with rice. For those looking for a convenient soup meal kit with a fresh combination of ingredients, I split it into two portions because it's exactly a 2-serving portion, so I'd like to recommend it to families of two or people living alone. #This is a review based on my personal experience and styling, having received the product through the O-Gam Review program. #SquidSoup #MealKitRecommendation #SoupDish #HomeCooking #RecommendedItemForSingles #SinglePersonHousehold
