Garlic-Loving Couple's Oil Pasta ( ´⤙`⸝⸝ ) I usually make this with tuna, but I was reminded of the delicious Jambon oil pasta I had at ‘Ttaekallo Trading’ in Namhae during last summer vacation, so I tried making it with Jambon. In a pan generously drizzled with olive oil, sauté the garlic (lots of garlic☆) Add the jambon and boiled linguine, a sprinkle of peperoncino and parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Top with lightly cooked arugula, and gently drizzle with Parmigiano Reggiano..
