Hello😊 I had the great opportunity to try the Master Collection Cheongdo Minari Squid and Radish Soup from Shinsegae Food, so I’d like to introduce it to you! I didn't have high expectations since it was a frozen product, but I was surprised by how generous the ingredients were and how good the broth quality was. It was really easy to prepare since you only need to add 300ml of water and boil it, and I think it's perfect for a quick meal on busy days👍🏻 The broth tasted really refreshing and deep, exceeding my expectations. The radish was thoroughly cooked, bringing out a nice sweet flavor, and the squid was tender rather than tough, so I was very satisfied. The subtle aroma of minari kept it from being greasy and made for a clean, pleasant meal. I think it would be good for a hangover cure, and it was quite filling when mixed with rice. I usually love squid and radish soup, but buying and cleaning the squid wasn't easy...
