This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. My husband and I were debating what to have for lunch, so we decided to try making Namhae Garlic Budae Jjigae. The cooking was done in under 5 minutes! It turns out you just need to add 300ml of water to the package to finish it. Thinking, "Budae Jjigae needs ramen noodles!", I added some ramen noodles and an extra slice of cheese to try it out. I was a little worried at first because the pack looked small, but once I added water and boiled it, the quantity was decent. Perhaps because it is a concentrated product, the flavor was rich! To think that such a small pack contains three types of ham, minced pork, and even green onions... The best thing about it is that it is so convenient, yet delivers a rich flavor relative to the cooking time and method! I love garlic, so I enjoyed the strong garlic aroma and taste. The broth has a deep flavor, perhaps due to the beef bone stock, and it is truly delicious 👍🏻. It was even tastier than I expected, so I plan to stock up on a few more and make it whenever I crave Budae Jjigae. Next time, I plan to try two packs with a little extra ham!
