OHOUSE SPECIAL CLASS: SENSE OF TASTE I’ve always been very interested in eating well, but in reality, I often just grab a quick bite to eat, using laziness as an excuse. Still, deep down, I’ve always harbored a dream of a healthy diet, so I tend to enjoy seeking out restaurants that use seasonal ingredients or vegan options. I’ve vaguely thought that I’d love to take a seasonal cooking class someday, and lo and behold—OHOUSE is hosting such a precious class! The theme of this class was "You Are What You Eat." The message that simply eating natural ingredients without skimming them down, rather than relying on grand and complicated cooking methods, is ultimately the way to care for both body and mind, resonated deeply with me. Today, instead of cooking directly over a fire, we spent time plating in our own ways using ingredients thoughtfully prepared by the staff. The very process of rolling rice into little balls with my hands and topping them with vegetables felt quite healing🌿✨ It was a time that made me realize that eating well isn't necessarily about grandiose diets or fancy dishes, but rather about paying a little more attention to what goes into my body and ultimately starting with ‘making my own choices about what I eat.’ I also want to thank the Special Creator managers once again for preparing such a wonderful class in this beautiful neighborhood and space💚 I have so many photos, but it’s a shame I can only upload 10! #TodaysHouse {0 #TodaysHouseSpecialCreator} {1 #SpecialClass} {2 #PeacefulTable} {3 #TodaysHouseCreator} {4 #SpecialCreator}
