This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. I really love soups among Korean dishes. Soups are great to eat with rice for lunch and are a must-have for dinner, and I'm glad to see that you can now purchase a menu item at Today's House that allows you to easily recreate that authentic home-cooked meal feel~♡ When I first received it, the package looked small, so I wondered if the quantity was small. However, since it is a concentrate, adding just 300ml of water and boiling it resulted in the perfect dish. It was incredibly convenient; I just poured it directly from the freezer into a pot, added water, and boiled it. The refreshing and clear broth flavor, infused with radish and squid, exceeded my expectations. With the addition of fragrant Cheongdo water parsley, it delivers a clean and refreshing taste, just like homemade soup! You can also add water parsley, chopped scallions, or radish to suit your taste. Because it comes in a slim pack, it doesn't take up much space in the freezer, making it easy to store. It was very satisfying as a quick meal on busy days.
